May develop and recommend improved methods and procedures to facilitate production process control + Communicate with plant personnel and production transfer team to ensure appropriate support is provided to manufacturing and quality assurance functions and quality assurance objectives. To support quality assurance at all Eaton factories + Utilize product and process knowledge as a cross-functional link for product assembly and troubleshooting test issues + Assists in or leads the closed-loop corrective action process for nonconformance identification + Continuously improves supplier performance by ensuring open communication and resolving issues efficiently and in the shortest time + Leads all quality aspects of change management utilizing APQP and PPAP approaches + Is responsible for compliance with the relevant legislation for all improvements made to the work methodology + Respects the internal security procedures related to the use of equipment, machinery and machinery as well as their implementation and compliance by all subordinate staff + Participates in the instructions on the rules of Occupational Health and Safety and Emergency Situations to avoid accidents + Wears the work protection and work equipment provided + Maintains cleanliness of areas around technical equipment + Respects the Internal Regulations + Respects the general work procedures specific to the company **Qualifications:** + Higher education completed with Bachelor's degree - manufacturing or industrial engineering or other equivalent degree + 3-5 years of experience in technical quality engineering **Skills:** + Previous knowledge and experience with all quality assurance systems, lean manufacturing principles and practices, ISO 9001, six sigma, Kaizen activities, and programs and methods related to quality and continuous improvement are required + Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Ofiice, PowerPoint and Minitab products + Good process orientation, analytical and planning skills + Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner + Ability to assess risk, proactively capitalize on opportunities and challenges + Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team and influence others + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and advocacy skills + Good time management skills requiring little supervision + Ability to identify and resolve production issues arising **What We Offer You:** + Competitive compensation and benefits package + Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team + We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible + We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University + We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies + We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
