Supporting the Ultrasound Systems team by working directly with our high-level assembly manufacturer in the supplier's plant.
Your role:
Performing project management with a focus on new product launches and working closely with vendors to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met.Performing engineering analysis of product quality defects and problem solving with suppliers using Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) and Six Sigma Quality Engineering toolsets.Planning and executing supplier quality performance trending, reporting, improvement and development activities, while assessing, approving and coordinating the qualification and implementation of supplier change requests.Auditing supplier technical capabilities and verifying change effectiveness through on-site visits, as well as conducting Supplier quality risk assessment and mitigation activities.Participating in Design for Excellence reviews with product development and suppliers, while driving Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) development, execution, monitoring and control as part of sustaining product/process changes.This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Neenah, WI.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or procurement engineering (medical device industry/regulated industry – highly preferred) and have directly supported production floors.Your skills include:Strong technical problem-solving skills (six sigma certification – preferred) and project management practices.The ability to influence without authority.Exposure to working with or managing supplier relationships. Electrical component, cables/connectors, PCBA, sheet metal and/or plastics experience - preferred.The ability to work cross functionally.You have a bachelor’s degree (required), in an engineering discipline, preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re a strong communicator and have the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with groups in various other locations.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Wisconsin is $105,000 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
