Job DescriptionSupervise manufacturing and assembly activities at the supplier's and sub-suppliers' facilities.Oversee inspections, including incoming inspections, cutting, rolling, forming, assembly, tube expanding, welding (orbital and traditional), and non-destructive tests.Conduct hydro/tightness tests, painting inspections, and review documentation in line with ASME standards and Canadian regulations.Coordinate between Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), supplier, and sub-suppliers.Review and validate manufacturing documentation and ensure its proper execution in the workshops.Monitor and support the supplier in manufacturing and testing, providing technical expertise where needed.Ensure timely updates to supplier inspection programs and perform pre-inspections with supplier representatives.Manage punch items and non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure proper documentation compilation (EOMR) at each stage.Prepare and submit weekly inspection reports using templates.Participate in and organize regular meetings and calls with the SQE when necessary.

QualificationsExperience in supplier quality inspection, particularly in the nuclear industry.Expertise in boiler making, mechanical welding, and ASME standards.Experience fabrication supervision of tubular heat exchangers or condensersFamiliarity with Canadian nuclear regulations.Strong ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (supplier, sub-suppliers, SQE).Technical proficiency in conducting inspections, tests (non-destructive, hydro/tightness), and reviewing technical documentation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and conducting meetings.Ability to work independently and provide technical support and guidance.Proven experience in managing non-conformance reports and follow-up actions.
