Coordination of Supplier Quality Activities with BA Plant Supplier QualityInterface Function to Group Sector Supplier Quality ManagementCoordination of the operational Supplier Quality Planning within the BACoordination of Supplier Performance Management and Improvement (incl. Supplier Escalations)Drive improvement Projects with Plant Supplier QualityDefinition of CT Supplier Quality RequirementsCoordination/control/execution of CT Supplier Audit ManagementControl and coordination of CT Supplier EscalationsControl/execution of Supplier Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP-tracking)Monitoring & Improvement of Supplier Quality PerformanceIn collaboration with the respective Central SQM (coordinator of plant SQA)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Management experience preferably in Quality or ManufacturingExperience and methodological competence in the field of Quality ManagementSupplier communication experience  Experience in technical problem solving, customer requirements applicationStrong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)Experience with intercultural communication (e.g.. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).
