What will you do?• Defines value-oriented SQ strategy including a digitalization vision.• Drives efficiency by implementing automated and digital end-to-end workflows ensuring seamless information flow across entire supply chain.• Ensures availability of relevant process and supplier relevant data and fully exploits business intelligence using state-of-the-art advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.• Identifies deviations and drive risk management for decision making and/or risk mitigate measures.• Ensures and controls implementation of prevention-oriented SQM related methods and risk management in supplier related projects and products.• Ensures implementation and continuously improve the supplier quality part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the SQM community.• Initiates continuous improvement actions and lessons learned across assigned SQM organizational units.• Contributes to the company's sustainability strategy and eco-system principles in the supply chain.• Drives and ensure SQM competency management and training system for required competencies in the area of supply chain and quality management as well as in data analytics.• Ensures talent recruiting through cultural appreciation and attractiveness of SQM.• Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier quality management program, including policies, procedures, and metrics.
Job Requirements:  • Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA). Preference• Experience in the automotive, aerospace, industries.• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Preferred
