As a Supplier Quality Specialist, you'll be a key player in our dynamic environment, working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. How you will make an impact as a Supplier Quality Specialist: + Perform supplier qualifications in support of QMS including, supplier audits, review of Quality Agreements, review of certifications, and review of supplier surveys. + Documentation support + Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) + Review and support Supplier Corrective Action requests (SCARs) and responses + Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and communicate supplier expectations + Facilitate meetings between Engineering, Supplier Management, and Purchasing + Monitor supplier performance and supplier qualifications to assist in maintaining the status of the supplier + Support development and maintenance of supplier management procedures and processes + Support supplier management process improvements + Support QMS collection and trending of supplier-related quality data + Manage and maintain supplier quality databases + Support supplier audits and inspections To be successful as a Supplier Quality Specialist, you will need the following skills and experience: + Must have a Bachelor's degree + Must have experience in a documentation focused industry + Must have experience working within an administrative system + Customer/Vendor/Supplier communication experience + Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail required + Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a collaborative environment + Ability to review and analyze data for accuracy and interpret and speak to the documented results + Skilled in various computer programs.
