Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Supervisor. This position will be located at our Euclid, OH facility.
The Euclid facility is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of aerospace main engine fuel pumps and components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.
The Supplier Quality Supervisor will provide leadership to the site for all supplier quality related issues. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enabling suppliers to fully support the Euclid site. In addition, you will manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and Technicians and will interface closely with the Supply Chain team at Euclid and with divisional supplier development teams.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:• Ensure that the correct quality flow down requirements are provided to and complied with by all suppliers to Eaton.
• Ensure that products received by Eaton are fully conforming to type design and are in a condition for safe operation.
• Perform as a Manager of People for a team of supplier quality engineers and technicians, responsible for evaluating employee performance and providing the leadership to best guide your people in support of the site's performance goals.
• Implement and manage supplier root cause and corrective actions in accordance with Eaton quality requirements and in support of customer corrective action requests.
• Interact with and direct manufacturing quality engineers in support of product realization at Eaton.
• Generate, present, and explain material of a complex nature in a clear and understandable format.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a quality role in a machining and manufacturing plant.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
