Participate into the new supplier development and approval with SDEResponsible for supplier PPAP developing, control and approval; PPAP documentation management in Remy global systemManage and archive supplier PPAP files according to the requirementDefine and Implement supplier yearly audit plan, including annual full dimension checking and performance test, ensure the finding be closed on timeTrack supplier performance, prepare monthly supplier performance result and communicate to supplierIdentify the risk supplier and pilot the workshop with supplier for performance improvementDefine supplier inspection standard & agreementIssue and manage supplier SCAR in Remy global SCAR system and ensure the close of SCARParticipate into the quality activity that related the supplier for the mass production, such as QRQC, workshop etc.
