The Supplier Risk Scorecard Analyst, Senior (Business Analyst, Senior) role will own the risk data collection for our supplier base. Using systems that gather and manage supplier continuity planning data, sustainability, and supply chain compliance data. With this, they will have to engage with our supplier base to collect this data, analyze it, create visualizations, and present the findings to leadership to help Zebra make better decisions on our suppliers based on their risk scores.
This position requires hybrid work in either the Lincolnshire, IL or Mississauga, Canada locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and grow tools and databases for supplier risk mapping, supply chain compliance, continuity planning, and sustainabilityManage supplier relationships to drive collection of necessary risk and compliance data into our systemsManage datasets and drive analytics and visualizations of the risk datasets to help drive supply chain decisionsWorking directly with business stakeholders, designs a wide variety of moderately complex reports and some complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications. Delivers report in format to aid stakeholders outside the functional area (powerpoint, PDF, etc.)Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy. Independently works to resolve quality issues of limited scope and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolutionUses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of moderately complex problems to review directly with business stakeholdersIdentifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influencesMay be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibilityCoaches junior level analysts in data governance, report design and analysis, and data presentation

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain working with suppliers and dataPreferred Qualifications:

Salary: USD 84400.00 - USD 126600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
