Supplier Services CoordinatorAs a Supplier Services coordinator, you will support the collection and management of Hospital Pharmacy data. Manage relationships with data suppliers to deliver agreed data.JOB OVERVIEW
As a team member, under close guidance or supervision, responsible for administering routine hospital medicines data collection.
Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsures the safe receipt of data on a monthly basis.Identifies and resolves data issues.Engages in direct email/phone communication with data suppliers.Works closely with data suppliers to address data supply issues, resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy.Responds to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders and refers non-routine queries to manager.Ensures adherence to all relevant regulations and industry best practicesMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCETo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
