We are looking for the Supply and Demand Planning Lead based in Lima, Peru; that  as a member of the Supply Chain sub Chapter, you drive planning operations partnering throughout the whole organization in Roche Diagnostics across Peru and Ecuador, and E-L network. You lead and develop the effective team of Supply and Demand Planning.

You drive transformation within the organization bringing to bear available data, automation and systems and you apply an ambitious approach to business and see opportunities to simplify and increase the impact we make to patients, ensuring operational excellence. Leading within a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset.

Key Challenges:

Outline the planning variables and inventory strategy in order to ensure optimal levels and proper supply.

Root cause analysis, control, and actions aimed at reducing the company's write-off.

Control and actions aimed at maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Evaluate, control, and implement actions to reduce product shortages.

Control and review of demand forecasting.

Control, review, and participation in the product lifecycle planning.

Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning meeting.

Act as an active change multiplier, communicating, removing obstacles, connecting different parts of the system, and generating clarity, focus, and energy within the team.

Your profile: 

Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, or Foreign TradeExperience: More than 5 years in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical or similar industries in Supply and Demand Planning or a similar position. Leadership experience is desired.

Language: Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. 

Systems: Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/SAP.
