The role involves coordinating with sales teams, distributors, especially in the Asia region and divisions, to ensure smooth order flow and avoid production delays or line downs. The planner will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and proactively address any potential supply chain issues. + This position directly report to mark Mark Shen, Supply Chain Manger of FCC ( China Fluid Connector Division ). + This position will stay in Taiwan where the Most of Integrator and CSP for Data Center business located. + Should clearly understand product demand/ and forecast from customer and follow tracking, delivery status + Have to communicate with Manufacturing divisions, sales company and distributors to product demand planning + Help Sales team to Manage Inventory in right level Job Responsibility: Production Planning & Scheduling: + Develop and maintain production schedules for liquid cooling products to meet customer demands and prevent line down situations. + Monitor the status of production orders to ensure timely completion and delivery. + Coordinate with manufacturing division to adjust production timelines based on changing customer demands or unforeseen delays. Customer & Integrator Coordination: + Communicate with sales team to understand customer/integrator requirements and ensure that their orders are prioritized in the production schedule. + Proactively manage any potential risks of delayed shipments and work to resolve issues before they impact customer timelines. + Provide sales team with regular updates on order status and delivery schedules. Supplier & Distributor Management: + Work closely with AP sales companies to ensure that liquid cooling product orders are placed on time. + Chase respective sales teams for timely ordering of products from the division to prevent stockouts and delays. + Foster strong relationships with sales teams and divisions to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment. Forecasting & Inventory Management: + Collaborate with the sales and demand forecasting teams to predict future demand for liquid cooling products. + Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock and adjust procurement plans accordingly. + Ensure that the right quantity of products is available to meet customer and production needs while minimizing stockholding costs. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: + Identify potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain and work to resolve them quickly to minimize impact on production and delivery schedules. + Act as the point of contact for any production or order-related issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions. Reporting & Documentation: + Prepare regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, order statuses, and any potential delays. + Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels to support decision-making and future planning. Qualifications: + Fluent in Chinese and English + More than 5 years experiences in the Supply Chain organization specifically logistics or planning + Good communication skills and self-management and team spirit. + Required skill to use computer properly, experienced with ERP system and related logistic APPs. + Great to have experiences of Tool to manage inventory ( Kanban, MRP etc ) + Able to work independently and under pressure, willing to travel. + Good communication skills and self-management and team spirit + Excellent attention to details, high level of sense of urgency and self-motivation . Good problem-solving skill, logical thinking.
