The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our supply chain operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the efficiency of our inventory and reporting processes. This role is perfect for individuals with a foundational understanding of supply chain operations and a desire to grow within the field. Key Responsibilities: Document Filing and Organization: Manage physical and digital documentation, ensuring completeness, organization, and accessibility for future reference. Purchase Order or Invoicing Management: Process requests, review supporting documents, and ensure data accuracy before submission or archiving. Internal Support and Customer Support: Handle inquiries related to orders, inventory, and administrative process documentation with professionalism and efficiency. Report Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain basic reports on orders, inventory, and compliance, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date. Inventory Control and Tracking: Monitor stock levels, record movements, and coordinate with other departments to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Qualifications: Advanced English (we apply a language test) Basic Excel Knowledge (Data entry and editing, Basic formulas, sorting and filtering data) At least 6 months of experience performing administrative tasks in a supply chain or related field.
