Compensation: $24-28/hourLocation: Denver, COAssignment Duration: 6-12 months+Work Schedule: 9/80Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision Responsibilities Coordinate the purchase, supply and warehousing of equipment and materials needed by the Denver DivisionPurchase, coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between vendors, departments, field offices and divisionsRequisition material and coordinate delivery according to scheduled priorities and material availabilityProcess and verify invoices to ensure timely payment to vendorsAnalysis of material required to complete projects applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processesCoordinate the divestment, inspection, repair, returns, warranty/replacement of materials, parts and assembliesCompile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as material transfers, available inventory, status and location of materialsForecast, manage and distribute monthly budgetary reportsSolicit quotes from vendors and provide comprehensive analysis to operations customer baseObtain, review and process lease and rental agreements Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office is requiredOil and gas, or supply chain experience is not required, but preferred and beneficialThis role is for an administrative or buyer position, with an emphasis on accounting and supply chainWell organized and detail orientedAble to work efficiently and prioritize effectivelySelf-motivedCommunicate professionally in a clear logical style (both written and oral)It is a very fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing and re-prioritizing. We will need a candidate that is adaptable, and very much a self-starterHigh School or GED required
