Supply Chain Analyst - Decatur, IL, Des Moines, IA, Quincy, IL
ADM is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain team in a variety of functions and in its’ various ERP systems ( SAGE/Oracle/M3/IBM). This position reports directly into the North America Supply Chain Manager to drive supply chain initiatives in order to bring value to the company. Starting from the forecasted unconstrained demand of the market, this role leads, defines, and helps implements the best supply strategies, best tactical plans, and best supply execution processes to maximize our response to the demand as directed by the Supply Chain Manager. This role is expected to work and coordinate with all functional departments to achieve results for the division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:Provide clerical support for management teamCreating and delivering ad hoc and routine reports as requested from ERP systemsBuilding and supporting other team members' usage of their reports. Maintaining database integrity.Responsible for building and maintaining all external and internal report needs.Develop, repair and update existing and new reports from databases to extract and collect data.Provide support to functional teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting resultsSupport reconciliation of physical to perpetual inventory as neededSupport receiving of goods and entry of receipts and purchase orders into ERPSupport and facilitate the purchasing of products as neededMaintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and paymentsDrive supply chain metric improvement in OTIF, Aging Inventory, SLOB, and DIODevelop purchasing and inventory plans to ensure orders can be fulfilled.Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needsPreparing and processing purchase orders with proper confirmationsOther duties as outlined and assigned by management team.Manage finished goods and raw material inventory levels that support company KPIs at the most efficient levels while still providing target customer service levels relative to OTIF
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:5+ years of experience as a supply chain analyst.Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in business or human resources. (Equivalent experience may be substituted for education at the hiring manager’s discretion.)Background in ERP software preferred but not requiredStrong background in inventory management and how to improveBackground or understanding of purchasing and materials requirements.
Computer/Technical:Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook Experience with ERP systems Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs Excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
