Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** + Participate in supply chain analytics projects, collaborating with supply chain teams, business units, and IT to map business processes, integrate internal/external structured/unstructured data sources, and design data integration solutions. + Use Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, Python, and other tools to extract, clean, model, and visualize data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. + Monitor supply chain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance for operational continuity. + Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports to support supply chain decisions (e.g., inventory optimization, logistics tracking, demand forecasting). + Perform ad-hoc data analysis (e.g., supplier performance, cost variance) using Excel and BI tools, delivering actionable insights. **Key Requirements:** + Minimum Bachelor's Degree required in quantitative field, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Statistics, etc. + Minimum 5 years experience with supply chain functions. + Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory management). + Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization design) and Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query), with ability to create end-to-end reports. + Strong cross-team communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin (required for handling Chinese supply chain data and global collaboration) + Determined, self-motivated and adaptable to different cultures and working environments.
