JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Santiago - Hybrid GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: This role is responsible for supporting key sales, inventory, operations, and planning initiatives across business units and internal functional areas including Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategic Sourcing Key activities include but not limited to: Demand analysis across a specific category or enterprise wide. Analyze historical sales data, current market trends, and business unit feedback to forecast demand and supply. Develop and maintain SIOP reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and Jostens systems. Collaborate with Business Unit Teams and SIOP on special projects Analysis in complementary area (supply planning, product planning) that supports improving demand planning. Support Monthly SIOP meetings through key metric tracking, working file updates, and identifying opportunities/focus areas. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Data analysis, interpretation, suggested solutions, and communication Day-to-day resolution of tactical issues relating to demand and supply practices Support analysis and data entry for Monthly SIOP process Build/Track of monthly goal metrics Project management for key SIOP initiatives REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Demand/Inventory Planning, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-3 years in supply chain, financial analysis, operations, project management, and production. Ability to meet deadlines and manage many projects simultaneously Intermediate – Advanced MS Excel skills Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize patterns within data and form conclusions with levels of ambiguity Ability to communicate and build relationships across multiple functions and levels of the organization and external suppliers Ability to work and make decisions independently English Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) PREFERRED: 1-2 years’ experience with data management in ERP, Dashboarding, and/or order/supply management systems Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) About Jostens: Celebrating over 125 years of business, Jostens has been a part of local communities, working with K-12 schools, colleges and universities, teams, and affiliation groups.
