Supply Chain Analyst

If you are a Supply Chain Analyst looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will analyze and improve business processes and tools to integrate into supply chain that drive cost reductions, inventory improvements, transaction elimination and increased supply chain productivity.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Assist with Global Supply Chain strategic projects that impact or improve key performance measures Assist in development of supply chain related performance goals and objectives Track and report on supply chain key performance indicators and report on performance Analyze data to find and recommend new opportunities for improvement Develop documentation supporting requirements, standards, procedures and processes Provide support to sites in evaluating and adopting company standard tools and processes Participate in business system and/or bolt on system testing Utilize business processes and tools to support and/or improve the integrated supply chain Provide support to acquisitions in adopting company standard tools and processes

You utilize analytical tools to help explore potential scenarios.  You take time to ask questions and define the problem and make learning a priority and a goal. You balance planning with actions. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. 
    For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree Zero (0) years related experience Legal authorization to work in the United States

  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
