Job Description:
This Supply Chain Analyst will support the various functional areas associated with the Supply Chain Services group. The area of focus will be with the Export Services team, but the position will also support key initiatives, programs and specific functions associated with Global Logistics, International Trade Compliance and our Supply Chain Integration/ Procurement Business Systems. The expectation is to regularly evaluate and assign this position to the area that will most benefit to the overall business.
As A Supply Chain Analyst, You Will:
Support US export business, including direct service and communications with both offshore customers and Copeland plantsCoordinate with order management team in Reynosa and customers for timely communication and scheduling of ordersWork with schedulers at North American manufacturing plants on delivering orders to request dateSchedule and hold meetings with plants under 90% on-time deliveryMeasure and suggest improvements for on-time delivery to promise date service level and, ultimately, the customer's request date service levelLead / guide / support key programs and initiatives for Export Services, Logistics, Trade Compliance and Procurement Business Systems transitionsAssist suppliers with data integration from ECT and iSupplier PortalsMaintenance help for Supplier Data and iProcurement Stores/CataloguesSupply Chain trend analysis and KPI (key performance indicators) developmentRefine and improve processes to ensure prompt communication of all required export documentation to the customer's nominated forwarderSupport roll-out to both internal and external clients of new processes and technologies, particularly new Business Systems related processes and work flowsSupport all pricing activities and initiatives associated with the US export businessREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in related fieldExcellent analytical skills and detail orientedExperiences working in a cross-functional environmentAbility to handle multiple prioritiesLegal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this rolePREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

This role has the flexibility of a hybrid work from home option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

About Our Location
Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions.
