Schedule: First Shift (Days) (Monday thru Friday)
Important: Candidate MUST Be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test. Candidate MUST have a High School Diploma or higher.
Compiles information from SAP, Suppliers, and site procedures to help resolve issues with the movement of material throughout the site.Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and provide support to internal managers to provide an effective interface with all departments.Support Supply Chain activities including uploading demand data, ordering supplies, understanding supply chain planning.Inventory planning and analysis.Support root cause analysis, identification, and mobilization of action plans to drive continuous improvement across cash, cost, inventory health and accuracy KPI’s.Ownership of life cycle management processes, reporting and tracking - including SKU phase-in/phase-out planning & excess/obsolete cost reductionProvide working capital input in support of the weekly SOE & monthly SOP cycle.Prepare and communicate KPI/Metrics analytics bi- monthly/Monthly and Quarterly to both local audiences and those audiences inclusive of cross functional teams and Sr Management.Basic Qualifications
1+ year of professional experience is required.Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain processes; may include materials, procurement, sourcing, supplier performance.Works well in a team environment, highly motivated.Self-starter, be able to work independently with minimal direction.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills. Remain calm under pressure and manage through with ambiguity.Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Project, SAP, and MRP/ERP systems.Power BI experienceBachelor’s degree – Supply Chain or Data Analytics focus.Our Company:
