**Job Description** As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will: + Work on Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM + Work on KTLO tasks like order management, customer escalations + Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste + Problem solve and design solutions for Robotics customers + Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference + Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions -Collaborate with procurement, logistics and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain -Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and supply chain best practices -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline + Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills + Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel + Analyst work background, or focus in higher education + Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management **Top 3 must-have hard skills** + Supply Chain Experience is key! + Customer Facing Roles/Ticketing experience + Stakeholder management experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
