**About the role:**
Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations team as the Supply Chain Analyst - NPI.
This role is responsible for supporting Innovation Planning for the Supply Chain, managing end-to-end planning responsibility and providing solutions to cross functional business partners. This role will interface with internal Liquid I.V. stakeholders, Unilever, and external manufacturing partners.
This role, reporting to the Manager of International Supply Chain, will help ensure the successful commercialization of Innovation products and provide Supply Chain expertise to their cross functional business partners.
**Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:**
+ Support innovation planning for Supply Chain, partnering closely with Supply, Demand, and Procurement function leads
+ Support product lifecycle across Supply Chain from inception through market adoption (<1 year in market)
+ Manage supplier communications and planning in coordination with Procurement function lead
+ Support 3-year pipeline of innovation and identify Supply Chain requirements necessary to deliver these plans
+ Work closely with global planning teams to consolidate forecasts and convert requirements into production plans for Supply Planning to action against
+ Act as an internal liaison between key cross functional partners - marketing, R&D, quality, project management, procurement, supply/demand planning, inventory, finance, accounting, regulatory affairs.
+ Own the day-to-day management of master data for all innovation projects. This can include any of the following - new item creation forms, new item trackers, FG’s, material codes, BOM’s, UPCs/GTINs, etc.
+ Ad-hoc analysis – scenario planning, capacity planning, SLOB, sales/volume projections, etc.
+ Advocate for continuous improvement across all responsibilities for this role and help develop best practices for ways of working
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business-related field)
+ Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain at a CPG or beverage company
+ Experience working with ERP’s (Microsoft D365, NetSuite, SAP, etc).
+ Prior experience managing NPI items
+ Highly organized and dependable
+ Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills
+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines
+ Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and can readily adapt to changing business needs
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
+ Demonstrated ability to interact with external partners and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner

**Work Environment:**
+ Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 10% travel.

The expected salary range for this position is $73,800 - $110,800 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
