Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain admin to support a Telecomm Retailer in Plano, TX. This person will be supporting the products' trade-in program, where you will be supporting internal customer care on customer disputes. You'll be responsible for handling metrics and reporting to the team on current standings and findings. Responsible for tracking KPIs, investigating disputes, managing invoices, and pushing for enhancements. The position will work closely with: Customer Care, E-commerce, and Operations. Skills and Requirements Job Responsibilities:  Well organized and able to adjust quickly to changes.  Integrates and manages logistics KPI (Key Performance Index), inventory, and shipment information.  Manages the product characteristics and inventory grades of each location.  Reviews all Trade-In warehouse disputes and provide timely response.  Manage operational invoices, ensure timely payment.  Perform regular audits of our 3PLs triage results.  Strong analytical skills and principles.  Ability to work independently and manage ones time.  Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  Past experience in Customer Service and/or Warehousing preferred. Education/Experience:  High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.  2-4 years related experience required.
