**About The Role**
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the broader Supply Chain team with administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, order processing, and data analysis. You’ll assist in ensuring smooth operations while helping maintain the accuracy of data, manage supplier communications, and support the team in achieving performance goals. If you're an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and learning new skills, we would love to have you on board.
**What you will do**
+ Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
+ Support the Supply Chain team with daily administrative tasks, including order entry, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
+ Communicate with suppliers to track order statuses, resolve issues, and update internal teams on progress.
+ Analyze inventory reports and provide insights to support inventory planning and demand forecasting.
+ Assist in managing logistics documentation and coordinating shipments as needed.
+ Help maintain efficient communication between internal departments, including logistics, finance, and procurement.
+ Support the monthly forecasting process by gathering and organizing data for review.
+ Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.
**About You**
+ 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain or operational role (preferred).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large sets of data and administrative tasks efficiently.
+ Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data sets.
+ Previous experience with ERP systems or databases is a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of inventory management or procurement processes is desirable.
