Your Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst at the Bellefonte, PA site plays a vital role in maintaining the efficient flow of materials and overseeing production processes. This position emphasizes service excellence, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively to meet organizational goals. Job duties include:
Conduct MRP (Material Requirements Planning) reviews of raw materials to ensure optimal inventory levels and production schedulesDevelop and maintain efficient production plans that align with demand forecasts and business objectivesMonitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the area of responsibility, focusing on service levels and production efficiencyUtilize ERP systems, including SAP, AS400, LabVantage, and Access, to manage production data and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operationsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production schedules, material availability, and any potential disruptionsWork autonomously to identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement best practicesWho You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Data Analytics or other business fieldPreferred Qualifications:
ASCM Certifications (CPIM, CSCP)2 + years of experience in production planning Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, AS400, LabVantage, and AccessStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRSREMD
