Location San Francisco Bay Area Immediate need for a seasoned supply chain practitioner who can support many initiatives within Rootstock Software. These responsibilities include implementation of our ERP modules for our manufacturing customers, product demonstrations to prospects, quality assurance testing, and assistance in training and support. Ideal candidate would possess deep manufacturing industry expertise. Job related responsibilities include Customer facing pre-sales and product demonstration expertise Full cycle implementation responsibility and project management role Product and quality assurance testing responsibilities Customerpartner training and support Supply chainmanufacturing expertise Qualifications BSMBA in Business Administration or equivalent Supply chainmanufacturing industry expertise including understanding of supply chain business processes, requirements, and specifications Full life cycle ERP or equivalent implementation experience with leading supply chain management software solutions A proven track record of working with both users and within leading software vendor to design software solutions and offer technical solutions for business problems Customer facing pre-sales product demonstration andor post-sales support and training experience Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
