Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst extracts and analyzes Working Capital, Service Level, MRP and other Supply Chain Metrics (KPIs) to drive improvements to meet company objectives.  This individual not only needs a data mining and analytical skillset, but the role also requires someone who is a critical thinker who can drive change through data.  The Analyst will work and collaborate across Supply Chain functions and supports the S&OP process.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract daily, weekly and monthly supply chain reports from various Enterprise systems, analyze the data and identify improvement opportunities based on root cause analysis.Review MRP accuracy to drive correct planning logic/signals to manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.Manage KPIs for the Planning and other Supply Chain groups.  This includes OTIF (On Time-In Full), Quality of Inventory and Case Fill Rate.Support key Supply Chain projects and initiativesSupport Demand Planners, Supply Planners and S&OP processesHave the ability to understand OTIF metric logic, execute data analytics to identify issues and trends, and recommend action plans to improve service to the customer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree2-3 years of experience in supply chain management fields such as Purchasing, Operations and/or Planning.Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication (written, verbal), logic, and reasoning skills
