TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Assistant Manager are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
Responsibilities Responsible to download IBP forecast for analysis. Review IBP forecast and analyze the tooling and machine capacity utilization to recommend for capacity expansion if required Responsible to download IBP forecast for analysis. Work with affiliates on the forecast accuracy. Monthly review and analysis the capacity tooling to propose for capacity expansion. Review the customer backlog vs forecast to ensure billing target is met. Monitor inventory level and inventory accuracy, nonactive scrap. Drive Lead-time reduction activities. Prepare monthly material reports. Participate in Weekly / Monthly meeting. Yearly Budget Preparation. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Businees Adminsitration or any related field. 5 years expreiences in supply chain management, Inventory management, Material planning, material buying, production planning or production engineering. Knowledge in supply chain management end-to-end process. SAP knowledge is preferred Storng in data analysis (machine capacity, demand, inventory) Fluent in English communication Growth mindset attitude People management skills Strong in Excel and MS office Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
