Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our team in Eglin AFB, FL.

In this role, you will be tracking and ordering tools, handling hazmat activity on-site, participating in government property audits, and overseeing mortality of parts. You will have the opportunity to support the Boeing program NCRC.  The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.

BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate and Mid-Level level Supply Chain Analysts.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chainAnalyze material requirementsVerify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production planResolve part number attributes.Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsure on-time deliveryDocument and resolve order delinquenciesReport schedule adherence issuesApply solutions and controls inventory plansOptimize inventory levelsAnalyze and disposition excess inventoriesInitiate auditsDevelop and create schedules for products and servicesAssist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposalsSupport process improvements by analyzing and establishing standard processes for materials management to improve SCM performanceWork under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in supply chain management3+ years of experience in inventory management3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s degree or higher1+ years of experience in flight line3+ years of experience with materials management and inventory in relation to government and capital propertyUnderstanding of SOX requirementExperience working with multiple partners across the USAF, supply chain, and supplier management

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for associate level: $62,050 – $83,950

Summary pay range for mid-level: $76,500 - $103,500
