Your Role: 

 

The Supply Chain Analyst at MilliporeSigma in Madison, WI interacts with operations, commercial, quality and others within Supply Chain to create and maintain metrics and KPIs as well as ensure master data accuracy and ensure site deliverables are met. This position is also expected to be a subject matter expert in planning and can lead cross-functional supply chain improvements. This role will report to the Head of Supply Chain for the Madison and Verona Life Sciences operation. The position can clearly communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand format.

 

This position offers a hybrid work model.

 

Work cross functionally with all support teams to ensure proper planning scheduling, procurement, material release, etc. is accomplished to support productionReview project opportunities and customer forecast to support aligned production plansSupport Sales and Operations Planning meetings, Focus areas include capacity, opportunities, and constraints at the siteSupport operations and project management as required for customer meetings/inquiriesCreate and maintain tools to drive performance tracking and improvementIdentify opportunities for refinement of scheduling strategies and process improvementDevelop and run long and short-term capacity models to identify potential operational constraintsAnalyze and request lead time updates for produced itemsCreate, prioritize, and manage process ordersManage and reduce lead time of materials and chemicalsSchedule production to meet customer demand and safety stockNotify management of risk to production due to material availabilityEnsure bulk material availability to adhere to production schedulePartner with sourcing to identify and track alternate/new suppliersAssist entire supply chain group in maximizing throughput and reducing costsMiscellaneous duties & tasks as assignedExemplary attendance and adherence to scheduled hours.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline 4+ years experience SAP/APO2+ years experience creating KPI reporting

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge in Excel, including creation of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF.Knowledge in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Sharepoint 4+ years experience in planning and scheduling of a multiline production facilityCPIM, CSCP, CPSM, PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher CertificationDesire to develop into leadership roleExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detailExperience creating and maintaining BOMs and Recipes within SAPSelf-motivated, independent, and innovative personality with effective communication and collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate skills in powerbi or tableauAPI Manufacturing ExperienceExperience creating ISO compliant training documents and procedures
