The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will partner with Sales Demand Planning Managers, Procurement and Operations to provide all aspects of analysis across customers and channels to ensure profitable growth and strategic decision making; additionally, you will develop financial models, transform data into actionable insights and identify paths to improve the overall and planning and forecasting process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. 

Supply Chain Analytics (80%)

Provide actionable insights to the Sales and Operations and deliver financial commitments, ensure accurate forecasts, identify risks/opportunities.Responsible for quarterly reporting variance analysis.Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.Support market intelligence analysis.Collaborate and Support Supply Chain leadership in delivering Profitable Revenue Growth Management and capabilities by driving new processes, tools, and insightsProvide timely and accurate analytics to support actionable and strategic business decisionsDevelop presentations on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format for the business to use in driving well-formatted decision makingApply the approved methodology to accurately measure Net Price DevelopmentDevelop quarterly Supplier Relationship Management presentationsParticipate in Supplier Corrective Action process.Perform procurement data analysis (suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, cost savings)Provide insights and drawing conclusions that will help guide sourcing and procurement decisionsCleanse and maintain Item master data to ensure accuracy. 

 Buyer (10%)

Assist in placing PO in JD Edwards as neededDrive inventory optimization within JDE.

 AdHoc Support  (10%)

Support various needs within the department on AdHoc basis.     Ad hoc financial analysis (Business case evaluation, pricing, reviews, etc.)

Education and Experience:

5+ Supply Chain Management/Financial Analysis experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree required – Finance (desired)JDE experience a plus

Specialized Skills and Experience:

Ability to produce quality materials within a tight timeframe and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly to meet deadlinesAbility to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans and prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.Ability to do advance math calculations, input data into a computer and analyze data is required.Advanced computer/technical skills including demonstrated experience using Excel, Word and Strong ERP software knowledge. Able to work independently with minimal oversight.Excellent record keeping, documentation and organizational skills.Able to management multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with shifting priorities, deadlines and focus.    Must be adaptable and flexible.   Strong verbal and written communication skills

Travel Requirement: 

 Depending on location travel could be up to 25% 

Physical Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment physical. Lift:   Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Sitting:  Must be able to sit 75% of the day.
