We’re Hiring for a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist! **THE ROLE** : The Supply Chain Analytics Specialist will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making within the organization. In this role, the incumbent will also serve as the global supply chain data expert and drive the standardization of organizational data practices and architecture. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) + Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis + Synthesize business needs with your partners and stakeholders to prioritize what analytical tools to build, set goals, and help steer the definition of global supply chain KPIs + Use data to identify supply chain process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and track value brought to the business from key initiatives + Design, build, configure, test, debug, and maintain various reports and dashboards + Develop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them + Influence partners and end users to employ world-class data governance and management practices + Build credibility through structure and clarity, and become a trusted data resource and process expert **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience + 5+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and querying databases or statistical analysis + 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain related field + Advanced proficiency to visualize data using PowerBI and/or Tableau desired + Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP BI desired + Use custom data infrastructure or existing data models as appropriate, using specialized knowledge + Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities + Strong problem-solving skills + Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically **Additional Information:** Travel Requirements: This role may require 10% or less of business travel for global team meetings.
