This role will be trained in all major processes of Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance; will work under direction to complete projects as required and other activities associated with the training program

Attend trainings as defined per department, OJT and evaluate work outputPerform hands - on training and attends periodic evaluationsAdhere to guidelines of the training programWork with different team as defined on the Training Program and SMEs for learning successResponsible for completing project assignmentGive feedback and report on status of projects at regularly scheduled meetingsIdentify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situationsRecommends improvement activities Maintain effective communications to provide an open and free flow of informationComplies with Company rules and regulations; and ability to demonstrate Asurion Core ValuesExecutes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area Perform other duties as maybe required
