Supply Chain Assistant
Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support the administrative tasks of our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing ASNs, POs, and work orders in a timely manner, updating specifications, pricing, and quantities as needed. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective order processing and delivery. Key Responsibilities: + Process ASNs, POs, and work orders promptly and accurately + Collaborate with departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to fulfill orders + Update Excel trackers with accurate data + Clear system errors in Oracle + Execute mass material and warehouse substitutions on orders + Keep teams informed of stock levels + Process inter-organizational product transfers + Verify and process receipts for inbound WIP items arriving at co-packers + Additional Qualifications: + 2+ years of supply chain experience + Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems + Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Scranton,PA.
