International's San Antonio Manufacturing Plant is seeking a Supply Chain Associate 3 to join our materials team!

 


The International San Antonio Manufacturing Plant is a benchmark facility that builds leading-edge commercial vehicles to meet the needs of today’s – and tomorrow’s – customers. This facility has the flexibility to build Class 6-8 trucks along with Electric Vehicles that allow International to add capacity to support anticipated industry growth. Using the Internet of Things (IoT) and connected manufacturing principles, International's newest manufacturing facility will continue growing our market share gains, optimizing our supplier network and improving quality.


The Supply Chain Associate 3 will maintain data accuracy through proper confirmation with production requests, processing of material information and project assignments.

Responsibilities Research implementation possibilities and submit recommendations to streamline production processes.Perform clerical and support tasks to ensure that engineering initiatives are completed, properly executed and followed-through the end-to-end processes.Investigate supply method overages/shortages, material delivery discrepancies, and investigate material related incidents.Analyze and verify new part integration steps for upcoming pilot builds and unscheduled production change requestsPerform a variety of complex problem solving and/or analytical activities in support of resolving an evolving manufacturing process, document improvements and report any deviationsAnalyze and perform accurate resolution to production variances using related various system records (warehouse orders, inventory transfer orders, manufacturing changes, production requests, and customer needs)Maintain documentation for scheduled projects for reporting and review by management, as well as internal and external pilot build leadersAssist in determining root causes on delivery discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors Minimum Requirements Associate's Degree At least 1 year of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement or Operations experience

At least 2 years of  Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Operations experience  Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
