Supply Chain Associate
Job Title: Supply Chain AssociateJob Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor master files, processing administrative tasks, and providing first-line support for system issues. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities + Maintain vendor master files and records. + Process general administrative tasks as directed. + Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, quickly processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries. + Set up new vendors and update current vendor details (addresses, contact information, etc.). + Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations. + Provide first line system support for external supplier partners for data issues. + Educate employees in the system and create training materials. Essential Skills + Experience in supply chain management. + Proficiency in ERP systems. + Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. + Bachelor's Degree from a top supply chain program. + Minimum of 2 years of experience within the supply chain field. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role involves regular interaction with various stakeholders and external supplier partners. You will use modern ERP systems and MS Office tools to perform your tasks. The position may require periodic training sessions and educational activities to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest system processes and procedures. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
