Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to support our Supply Chain teams across various departments. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards across Supply Chain departments. + Actively contribute in a small-team environment by participating in business process discussions. + Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver tangible results. + Gain an understanding of business operations and processes to create design documentation for development. + Translate and simplify requirements for process changes and IT development. + Provide detailed, thorough, and accurate analysis for strategic planning. + Perform system beta testing and provide feedback to the team. + Prepare business area leadership and end users for changes resulting from business process improvements and rollout business software tools. + Create end-user help documentation. + Plan and monitor implemented solutions. + Provide 1st level support for application problems and resolve or escalate as required. Job Requirements: Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Operations Management, or Business Major is preferred. + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Experience: + 1+ year(s) of Tableau or Power BI development experience required. + SQL and RPA development experience preferred.
