This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, enabling the candidate to gain hands-on experience working on a Proof of Concept for a new Supply Chain toolset. The intern will work closely with our Director, Supply Chain and select solution vendors to evaluate potential Supply Chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, lead times, and logistics costs.
Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and inefficiencies within the supply chain.
Proof of Concept Development:
Assist in designing the proof of concept for the proposed supply chain solution.
Create process flow diagrams and documentation to outline the proposed solution.
Develop a project timeline and milestones in coordination with the Supply Chain Solutions Manager.
Implementation Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and IT, to implement the proof of concept.
Monitor the implementation process and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
Conduct testing and validation of the solution to ensure it meets project objectives.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Present the results of the proof of concept to senior management and other relevant teams.
Balance end-user needs and operational goals to drive value across the organization.

Educational Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
