Job Description Summary:

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, enabling the candidate to develop and refine skillsets in reporting automation, process optimization, and application development. Leveraging advanced tools and technologies, this role focuses on driving innovation and efficiency across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Automation

 Design, build, and implement reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.

Optimize data visualization and streamline reporting processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.


Business Process Mapping for RPA Development:

Visualize workflows by creating detailed process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective change management plans.


Automation and Robotics Solutions:

 Develop and deploy automation and robotics solutions to enhance operational performance.

Identify opportunities to apply Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.


Power Apps Development:

 Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.

Integrate applications with existing systems and workflows for seamless operations.


Process Improvement Initiatives:

Partner with networked teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.

Balance end-user needs and operational goals to drive value across the organization.


Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Track and analyze key metrics, processes, and pain points to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct root cause analysis, recommend actionable solutions, and implement mitigation plans to address business challenges.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation. They should be adept at balancing technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results.

Functional Competencies:

•    Project Management - Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks, and develop contingency plans.

•    Design Thinking – solving problems by prioritizing the consumer's needs above all else

•    Experience in business process leadership; driving process improvement.

Educational Requirements:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
