Come build the future with us. We are looking for a motivated and experienced, customer focused and results-oriented Supply Chain Capacity Sr Manager with Network Capacity Background to join Supply Chain team in Brazil.
This role is based in São Paulo Office.
As a Capacity Sr Manager, you will work at the interface between Operations, Business, Supply Chain Tech, Engineering and Global teams to lead complex and cross functional supply chain projects to increase capacity availability in the network and drive short- and mid-term initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency implementing scalable processes. You will be responsible to designing and building complex new processes, driving solutions and efficiency improvement initiatives; partnering with multiple teams to maximizing accuracy, and reduce defects across BR network.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives related to gas tank fulness (short and mid-term) within Amazon's various distribution centers;
• Concentrate on optimizing and managing the capacity information vs plan across all network;
• Analyze and synthesize data to guarantee quality and accuracy information to increase operational efficiency;
• Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, implement audit process and invent/simplify processes to drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals;
• Benchmark with other countries to standardize information in a scalable way;
• Manage cross-functional network capacity initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to lean philosophy at scale.
