Job Description
Perform shipping and receiving work with a focus on clerical duties. Responsibilities include extensive SAP usage for documentation and reporting of shipping and inventory, tracking and management of shipping and inventory, cycle counting, and routing and scheduling of deliveries. Additional duties include process analysis and improvement, handling paperwork such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), and occasional packaging, palletizing, labeling, RF scanning, order picking, and forklift operation.
ResponsibilitiesUse SAP and/or other computer software for documentation and reporting of shipping and inventory.Track and manage shipping and inventory.Perform cycle counting.Route and schedule deliveries.Analyze and improve shipping and inventory processes.Handle paperwork, including Bills of Lading.Perform packaging, palletizing, labeling, and RF scanning.Assist with order picking and forklift operation as needed.Support all other shipping and receiving duties in the warehouse.Essential SkillsExperience with inventory control and supply chain management.Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.Strong clerical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with data entry and spreadsheets.Knowledge of cycle counting, routing, and delivery scheduling.Ability to perform continuous improvement analysis.Understanding of shipping quality control.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanning.Skills in inventory management, palletizing, packaging, order picking, stocking, and forklift operation.Quality assurance experience.Strong customer service skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with a supportive and collaborative team of 70 hourly employees. Responsibilities include a mix of physical shipping and receiving duties and computer usage. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday from 11:00am-7:30pm and Friday from 10:00am-6:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Shift/Schedule: Split- 11:00am to about 7:30pm Monday-Thursday; 10:00am to about 6:30pm on Friday
Starting Pay: $21.50-$23.50/hr, depending on experience
Weekly hours: 40, maybe 45-50 on occasions

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr.
