The position
As a Supply Chain Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities for affiliates in Serbia and Montenegro, based in Belgrade
Your main accountabilities will be to:
• Placing manual and monitoring MRP Production orders, communication with the Production sites or S&OE Manager. Planning of supply and demand imbalances and setting appropriate action by constant communication to LoB. Updating OMP (FCST) as back up planner. Overseeing arrival of shipments especially goods for repackaging
• Monitoring stock levels at hub and distributors to meet market demand, perform and oversee stock count at the hub. Regular contact with customers on orders, orders timing, goods availability, tracking tender timelines. Act as a local responsible from Logistics side for all customs/customs agent/3PL related questions.
• Overlook transactional activities performed by GBS Supply Chain and keep them involved on plans and changes in processes.
• Ensure correct approach to regular orders, customs clearing, emergency orders, donation order process, product withdrawal, damaged and expired goods. Supervise sales price changes, TP/VC4 updates
• Secure compliance with internal controls in the Region (Assurance Control) and additional ad hoc tasks as requested by SC Director/Manager Eu East & South. Act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way. Act as a drug shortage SC responsible
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries. Moreover, you need to have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
To be successful in this role you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, economics, business, or related areas Experience in demand planning and forecasting Knowledge of the end-to-end SC process The experience with local customs agents/customs and related specifics Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Experience in providing decision support to management, including preparing business cases with analysis to back them up Strong organizational and time management skills Fast in identifying the problem and providing possible solutions Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel Excellent English and Serbian skills, both spoken and written
