Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description About the job Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements for Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) solutions. Analyze and document current supply chain processes to uncover opportunities for optimization and automation. Partner with Oracle ASCP developers to translate business needs into precise technical specifications. Conduct supply chain assessments and recommend process improvements utilizing Oracle ASCP capabilities. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, validate, and refine business requirements for Oracle ASCP projects. Develop process flow diagrams, business cases, and functional design documents to support Oracle ASCP initiatives. Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the Oracle ASCP project lifecycle. Monitor and assess Oracle ASCP solution performance, implementing enhancements and optimizations as required. Ensure seamless integration of Oracle ASCP with other Oracle modules, such as ERP, SCM, and HCM. About you Over 7 years in supply chain planning, process analysis, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in Oracle ASCP. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in English. Certification in Oracle ASCP or related fields is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Amaris?
