Supply chain Contracts Lead

As a Supply Chain Contracts lead, you will be part of a global team that develops and maintains terms and conditions (Ts&Cs) for supplier/subcontractor contracts or procurements.  As a key player in contract negotiations, you will work independently to support both internal and external customers while developing professionally.

Your Contribution for a Carbon-free Future
 
As the Supply Chain Contracts Lead, your main responsibility is to perform reviews of supplier/subcontractor deviations to T&Cs for various supply/services contract scopes of work (e.g. Goods, Services, Alliance or Master Services and Logistics agreements). Among other things, this means that you will:

 

Support and lead Ts&Cs negotiations with supplier/subcontractors Provide input and guidance to supply chain personnel on Westinghouse´s application of Ts&Cs and related requirements Provide functional interface and strategic point of contact to GSCS, Legal and product line teams on T&Cs issues Support proposal development activities involving supply chain Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and sourcing in developing commercial approach/response. Review of customer contracts for “flowdown” of requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.

 


The role is placed in Västerås.

Qualifications 
 

Bachelor´s degree in business or recognized equivalent required. Minimum of 15 years project, power plant market, indirect and direct supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions experience required. Procurement project management, and major contract negotiation in the power market is desired. Experience in the nuclear power business is also a plus. Strong communication skills and history of interfacing with multiple functional groups.
