QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
3 Year Diploma / bachelor’s degree in commerce or Logistics, supply chain or equivalent Formal MS Excel software training is an advantage.3 - 5 Years of relevant experience Automotive and Dealership experience is desired but not essentialPOSITION DETAILS
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Issue daily / weekly / monthly reports on a timely basis – Stocking opportunities and stocking efficiencies, etc.Maintain the Order Rendition / Arrival Dashboard in cooperation with GBS. Ensure data is accurate and up to date.Managing all aspects of the order bank – Inventory managementFull responsibility for monthly order cancellationsLiaise with source plants to ensure order fulfilment to requirements.Stock Ageing management.Managing OTD logistics (from source plants to Dealer delivery) in conjunction with MP&L and logistics providers. Production / Shipping / Arrival / Stock ManagementPERFORMANCE MEASURES/ SUCCESS CRITERIA
Company stock levels within budgeted parametersCompany stock ageing within budgeted parametersOrder accuracy (correct entity setup etc.)Order bank alignment with allocations.Dealer allocation aligned with historical sales rates = minimizing Company inventoryKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSA)
