We are looking for a Supply Chain Controller Europe for our Business Segment Industrial (BSI), where you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes and supporting innovation across our operations in Europe. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll work in a truly international environment, collaborating with teams across different countries and making a real impact on our business. This position is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems office in Landskrona or Malmö, Sweden. The role reports directly to Business Controller Equipment Europe within Business Segment Industrial but will cooperate with several stakeholders. You will have close collaboration with a diverse set of teams, senior colleagues and local leadership. What you will do as our Supply Chain Controller As a Supply Chain Controller within the Business Segment Industrial (BSI), you will work with a wide area of responsibilities. You will find your main stakeholders spread across the organization in Europe. Your focus will be to analyze, implement and follow up financially driven supply chain activities within BSI Europe. You will need to find aligned processes and support local operations and finance to enhance business control and analysis. You would also: + Drive, analyse, and follow up on productivity improvements and cost-saving projects across sourcing, logistics, and plant operations within our production entities in Europe. + Collaborate with peers to drive change management, increase operational efficiencies, and lead process and alignment improvements between finance and supply chain teams. + Manage month-end consolidation, forecasts, and budgeting for BSI Supply Chain Europe, including management reporting and presentation. + Lead the annual costing update and budgeting process and build competence among local controllers. + Follow up on and report financial impacts in the manufacturing footprint and restructuring programs. + Improve and align financial reporting processes during the ERP roll-out (AX) while ensuring adherence to the ASSA ABLOY internal control framework. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has : + 5+ years of experience in a supply chain role with a strong finance background, preferably within a manufacturing environment and across multiple sites. + A strong track record of business controlling and analysis + An academic degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar + A very good communication skills in English and Swedish. + Huge plus if you have worked with SAP AX or any ERP system. To succeed in this role, we believe you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to have a holistic and strategic mindset but can also act hands-on. You have a high level of business understanding, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders and lead people on different level and functions in the organization. You must like to work in an international and changing environment and as a person being a self-starter with high energy and business acumen. Some international travel will be part of the role and the ability to communicate in English without hindrance is required.
