Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Issaquah facility. This position involves managing and distributing medical supplies to ensure efficient hospital operations and supporting patient care. The role is for an 8-week assignment, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize a computerized MMIS (Materials Management Information System) and associated hardware/software to conduct physical inventories, replenish supply areas, receive incoming stock and non-stock freight and parcel shipments, and put away inventory items.Prepare and coordinate outgoing parcel and freight shipments.Respond to onsite clinician requests for supply replenishment on an ad hoc basis.Answer the main phone line and work to deliver products as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience with inventory systems, receiving, warehousing, and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous three years.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.Coursework or training in inventory and supply distribution management.Experience in a healthcare environment.Experience with material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse environment where comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended. Medical scrubs are provided onsite. The schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance, and you will be part of a collaborative team in a supportive and structured environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
