Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain and/or his/her authorized designees, the supply technician shall be responsible for multiple materials management and perioperative supply chain activities.

Team Impact

For materials management: Technician performs all supply chain distribution tasks relating to the requisitioning, ordering, inventorying, stocking, reconciling, receiving, and delivery of supplies in the most efficient manner while maintaining high levels of customer service.

For perioperative services: Technician supports the needs of assigned Operating Rooms/procedural areas in the hospital by ensuring that inventory is obtained in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains a high standard of accuracy when ordering supplies and interacts frequently with the hospital clinical staff to ensure service levels are being met. Efficiently manages tasks while working in a sterile, fast-paced and high-demand environment.
