We are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator, with years experience in planning, ordering and inventory management. In this role it's advantageous if you have worked in a medium to large organization and managed multiple suppliers/customers across different global locations.What you will doAssist in generating and managing product data in ERP system (Dynamics) for new and existing products.Work with production team to plan productionEnsuring incoming and outgoing orders are correct, accurate, planned and processed.Complete customs documents for shipments globally.Process inventory receipts in ERP systemCo-ordinating with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and Couriers.Handling supplier queries and issues.Liaising with both internal / external customers on availability of stock and deliveries.Assisting Forecasting stock requirements for USA, Canada & UK.Candidate ProfileIdeally 3+ years’ experience in a similar roleSound skills in purchasing and inventory planningExperience using ERP/MRP systems to manage products and inventory. Ideally Dynamics 365 or similar system.Experience in logistics, planning and inventory management.Knowledge of supplier and quality management practicesRelevant Diploma or degree qualificationSkilled with typical office tools, mainly Excel, outlook and word.Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to workInterested in joining a positive team cultureWho are we?
