Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorQualifications: + Supply chain management + Customer service + 2-3 years of recent supply chain coordination experience + 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel + Accurate typing and proofreading skills + Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and EDI systems + Procurement, logistics, inventory management, data entry, and purchase order management Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (fully onsite) Job Description Manage customer accounts and interact with our company-wide ERP system. Serve as the primary liaison between CSM and our customers. Responsibilities + Routinely check customer’s portals to obtain production order requirements. + Update information in CSM M2M (Made to Manage) ERP system. + Update information in various spreadsheets and reports. + Prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments (domestic and international). + Input final details on invoices and mail to customers. + Create ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notices). + Coordinate trucking company appointments. + Maintain contact with customers and assist them as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
